Rom 10.9 "That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved."

To confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus is to acknowledge that He is the only begotten son of God and that He is God incarnate and His blood cleanses us from all sin.
